We are sad to announce that on November 10, 2024, at the age of 83, James J. Chacko of Charleroi, Pennsylvania, born in North Charleroi, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Mildred Chacko (Urash); and his siblings, Rich Chacko and Joyce Annonio. He is survived by: his wife Carole Chacko (Pocky); his daughters, Marisa Lee (Kevin), Jamel Chacko, Jamie Jo Brodine (Jon) and Mindy Ortolona (Jacob); his grandchildren, Aislyn Lee, Ean Brodine, Mia Brodine, Oliviah Ortolana and Miloh Ortolona; his great grandchild Kellan Hega; and his father George "Beans" Chacko.

In lieu of flowers the family asks you to indulge in random acts of kindness to honor the livelihood of Mouse.

“Hello Carol and family. I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your beloved husband and father, Mouse. My name is Darlene Porreca and I know you will remember my husband, Leo. Mouse was dating my best friend at the time and Mouse introduced me to Leo. We dated for several years and went to all of the Charleroi football games. I was married to Leo for 54 wonderful years in Beckley, WV and Mouse would stop and visit on his way to Florida and back. He was so much fun and Leo just loved him.”
