He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his daughters, Heather Fields and Renee Fields; his brothers, Craig Fields (Dawn), Loren Fields (Rachel) and Gary Fields; his brother-in-law Dennis Bombalek; and his son-in-law Brian Jones.
