He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Richard and Lyda Silvis Miller. He is survived by: his children, Scott Miller (Gretchen) of New Cumberland, WV, Cindy Morrow (Patsy) of Waynesburg and Jaimie Miller (David Vincent) of Romney, WV; his grandchildren, Anthony, Vincent, Elizabeth Morrow, Lucas and Eva Miller; and his sister Marjorie Rosensteel of Allison Park.
