He is survived by: his wife Sandra Osborne (McGinty) of Charleroi; his son Jason Osborne (Valerie) of Charleston Maine; his grandson Mathew J. Annis of Charleston Maine; his siblings-in-law, Angenita Osborne of Charleroi and John Thompson of Charleroi; and his goddaughter Kimberly Zewan Guthrie.
Due to Covid-19, masks and social distancing are required inside the funeral home and at the church.
