He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Devigne and Margaret Devigne; and his sisters, Pat Anderson, Margaret 'Peggy Reinhardt and Fran Amicucci.
He is survived by: his sons, Henri William Harvard Devigne of North Charleroi and Kodiak Grant Harvey Devigne of Charleroi; his former wife Deborah Devigne of Charleroi; and his sister Janet Westcoat of Belle Vernon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
