With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gregory A. Smith of Charleroi, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 26, 2024 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the echoes of fond remembrance, may a sense of peace be found, knowing that the memories held dear will continue to shape and inspire his loved ones, keeping Gregory's spirit alive in the hearts and actions of family and friends alike. While his presence may be gone, his impact lives on in the kindness shown to others and the joy found in the ordinary moments of life.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Roger Smith, Linda Hawkins and Pamela Kinner. He is survived by: his wife Marcy A. Barclay; his children, Melissa Johnson (Walt) and Garrett Smith; and his siblings-in-law, Rhonda Pingle and Hank Hawkins. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, also several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation was held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the David Henney Funeral Home (6364 Library Rd, South Park Township, PA 15129). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
