He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Jurczak and Leona Denys Jurczak. He is survived by: his children-in-law, Tara Jurczak of Belle Vernon and David Stevenson of Chesapeake, VA; his stepchildren, MaryAnn Wassel (Paul) of Pleasant Hills, Kathy Nogy and Alan Nogy (Brooke) of Rostraver Twp; and his sister Rayna Mendola of Charleroi. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren.
