She was predeceased by: her parents, John Dean and Mary Dean (Coulson); and her brothers, Jack and Donald Dean. She is survived by: her husband Samuel Perok; her daughter Lorry; her son-in-law Randy Roblin; her son Larry Perok; her grandchildren, Hunter Donovan Perok, Timothy Plavko and Tylie Jo Perok; and her great grandchild Liam Plavko. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
