He is survived by: his wife Gina Venanzi Tuttle; his children, Ashley Hazy (Greg) of Charleroi, Jeremy and Josh Tuttle; his grandchildren, Lilly of Landon, EJ, Ryan, Sara Tuttle, Ailyn and Aubrie Hazy; his sister Linda Renk (Gary) of Rostraver Township; and his nephew Garek Renk (Raychel).
