She is survived by: her children, Donald Urwin Jr. (Valerie), Candace Clish (Douglas) and Foxy; her grandchildren, Brad Urwin (Kristin), Nicole Bennati (Michael), Ryan Urwin, Gregory Hazy (Ashley), Jordan Urwin (Shanae), Corey Hazy, Sarah Urwin, Sadie Urwin, Ellie and Emma Clish; her great grandchildren, Kaitlin, Connor, Kaleb, Makayla, Tessa, Ailyn, Trent, Aiden, Karlee, Aubrie, Riley, Zayla, Beckham and Kolton; her brother Julian Hewitt (Janet); and her siblings-in-law, Dorothy Cook (George), Ruthie Gauden (Albert), Velma Hewitt and Robert Urwin.
