He was predeceased by: his parents, George Calcek and Mary Calcek (Kudlac); and his siblings, William Calcek, Jean Yuhasz, Catherine Weight and Helen Geho.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene Calcek (Bednar); his children, Barb Wyvratt (Mark), David Calcek Jr. (Sue) and George Calcek (Kelly); and his siblings, Edward Calcek, Charles Calcek, Joseph Calcek, Margaret Collins, Rose Prewett, Jane Malmgren and Donna Caruso. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
