He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Weaver and Jean Sadler; his former wife Cheryl Weaver; his stepson John Miller; and his sister Darlene Bongiorno.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy Weaver; his children, Zack Weaver (Nicole) of Fallowfield Twp and Shannon Ramsey (Joe) of Fallowfield Twp; his stepson Ken Miller (Heather Lucy) of Belle Vernon; his grandchildren, Carter, Deacon Weaver, Joey Ramsey (Elysia Vaccari), Kaycee Ramsey (Terrance Woods) and Gianna Miller; and his siblings, Dennis Weaver (Debra) of Bakersfield, CA, Bob Weaver (Kelly) of Charleroi, Gary Weaver (Sabrina) of Donora and Connie Jericho of Charleroi. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
