It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecelia Lowe (Charleroi, Pennsylvania), who passed away on February 14, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elvin Harger and Cecelia Harger (Hurley); her husband Donald A. Lowe; and her siblings, Marian Murray, Regina Lape, Eleanor Caruso, Buzzy and Glenn Harger.
She is survived by: her children, Mary "Becky" Lowe of Dunlevy, Donald T. Lowe of Fallowfield Twp and Dean Lowe (Peggy) of Dunlevy; her grandchildren, Ryan Tuman, Kurtis, Donald, Derek, Aimee, Kristyn, Mia and Dominic Lowe; her great grandchildren, Cecelia, Jaylee, Trinity, Baylee, Kameryn, Amilia, Aynsleigh, Gianna, Tessa, Sophia and Santino; and her siblings, Dennis, Neil Harger and Vivian Hammit. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
