We are sad to announce that on February 14, 2020, at the age of 85, Carole Watkins (Charleroi, Pennsylvania), born in Altoona, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Ruch and Edna Ruch (Shomo); her grandson John Brooks Watkins; and her siblings, Rita Shields and Claude Ruch.

She is survived by: her husband Dr. John P. Watkins of Charleroi; her children, John G. Watkins (Amy) of Monongahela and Jennifer Watkins (John Soares) of Fredericksburg, VA; and her grandson Jacob Watkins of Monongahela.

Donations will support a library fund established to provide English course text access to Cal U students.
