She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Clark, Jr. and Pearl Harrold Clark. She is survived by: her husband Thomas W. Hotz; her children, Tracey Sapko (Dave) of Speers Hill, Holly Toth (Scott) of Speers Hill, Thomas C. Hotz (Mindy) of Banning and Bryan (Gail Hotz) of Donora; her grandchildren, Haley Sapko, Noah Sapko, Paige Hotz, Sydney Toth, Samantha Hotz, Breanna Hotz, Zoie Hotz and Gabriel Hotz; her siblings-in-law, Patty Caruso and Gary Caruso; her niece Natalie Sanford; her nephew P. J. Caruso; and her cousin Terry West (Art).
In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions be made to the Speers United Methodist Church Memorial Fund.
