She was predeceased by: her parent Walter Sample; her husband Earl R. Sheets; and her siblings, Margaret Binkney, Dorothy Torrence, Belva Huey, Walter Sample and Lewis Sample.
She is survived by: her parent Alice Miller Sample; her daughter Darla White (Harry Ellis White); her grandchildren, Marlin White, Wesley White, Jason Feevey, Melissa Anthony and Joel Feevey; her great grandchildren, Joshua Tabory, Lettie Porter, Hallie Anthony, Nathaniel Anthony and Hannah Anthony; her great great grandchildren, Juliana Kitzmiller and Ryder Nicholas; and also Lorena Feevey (William). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
