He is survived by: his parents, Lisa Littlefield O'Neil of Seneca, PA. and David Edwards of Warren, PA.; his daughter Bailey Edwards; his close friend Erin Groves of Chandlers Valley, PA.; his grandmothers, Leisa Knapp Edwards and Kathy Walter of Warren, PA.; and his siblings, Cody O'Neil (Heather) of Centerville, PA., Shawn Johnson (Amy) of Warren, PA., Daniel Johnson (Cindy) of Ontario, Gabriel O'Neil of Oil City, PA. and Dustina Glenn.
