He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Waite and Leona Waite (Nollinger); his wife Nancy; his grandson Ethan Waite; and his siblings, Eugene Waite, Everell Waite, Lois Bihr, Eleanor Waite and Marian Engstrom.
He is survived by: his children, Clark Waite of Lakewood, NY, Lynn Waite (Tammy) of Youngsville, Marcy Stafford of Warren and Kristy Creacraft (Mathew) of Corry; his grandchildren, Paul Waite (Sara), Caleb and Kaliann Waite; his great grandchildren, Elizabeth and Autumn Waite; and his sisters, Lorriane Waite and Ruth Keiser (Richard). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
