He is survived by: his parent Gladys Miller Horner of Indian Head; his wife Diane Geary Horner; his children, Linda Schepps (Daniel) of Brunswick, GA., Donna Hinch (Paul) of Brunswick, GA. and Rich Peck (Jenny) of Normalville; his grandchildren, Michael Hinch and Matthew Hinch; his great grandchildren, Hunter of Georgia, Alayna of Georgia, Emma of Georgia and Zoie of Georgia; and his siblings, Dave Horner (Daryl) of South Carolina, Randy Horner (Luanne) of Mill Run, Carl Horner of Michigan and Pat Wheiler (Wally) of Michigan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
