She is survived by: her daughter Sandra Hoffman (Neil) of Somerset; her grandchildren, Neil Hoffman, Jr. (Carol) of Somerset and Heather Hoffman of Somerset; her great grandchildren, Zachary Hoffman of Jenners, Sophie of Somerset and Gabriel Hoffman of Somerset; her granddaughter-in-law Shawna Smithbauer Hoffman of Ebensburg; her great great grandchildren, Liam and Elijah Hoffman of Ebensburg; her nephew Sam Donaldson; and her niece Darla Cramer. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
