He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lemuel Frank and Nellie Beatrice Reed Frank. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Emmalyn, Ainsley, Stone Frank and Maggie Reid; his siblings, Brenda Shultz and Alan Frank (Linda) of Bridgeport; and his close friend Roseann Neatrour.
