He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Geary and Luzetta Lohr Geary; his wife Geraldine Miller Geary; his daughter Kathleen Shirey; his son-in-law Robert Hart; his great grandchild Brian Richard Hart; and his brothers, James, Thomas, Allan and Bernard.
He is survived by: his children, Carolee Hart of Indian Head and Thomas Geary (Jane) of Champion; his grandchildren, Robert Hart, Jr. (Connie) of Champion, David Hart (Tammy) of Indian Head, Juliann Kuczynski (Kevin) of Greensburg, Kimberley Geary Lilley (Heath) of Carnegie and Karla Shawley (Edward) of Champion; his great grandchildren, Ryan, Brandon, Morgan Hart, Cole, Camille, Quinn Kuczynski, Tyler and Elijah Shawley; his great great grandchildren, Amelia and Brennan Hart; and his sister Edith Miller of Normalville.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Indian Head Church of God or the Pittsburgh Veterans Administration Hospital.
