She is survived by: her husband Robert William Lewis Sr.; her children, Robert William Lewis Jr., Tiffany Lynne Fike (Todd) of Normalville and Sabrina Nicole Zitney (Mark) of Mill Run; her grandchildren, Kurt Johnson, Kyle Johnson, Aden Johnson, Bret Barko, Kaden Stobert and Bella Jean Stobert; and her siblings, Dale Swope (Linda), Terry Russell Swope of Mill Run, Barron Scott Swope Sr. (Larna) of Normalville, Sue McCormick of Connellsville, Wendy Fogle (Greg) of Friendsville, MD. and James Thomas Swope. She is also survived by her husband, children, and grandchildren.
