He is survived by: his wife Maxine; his son Jerry Wayne; his parent Sophie Tinkey Kalp; his daughters, Nancy Sue Green (Gary) of Acme and Linda Jo Kalp of Ligonier; his grandson Bryan Scott (Wendy) of Grand Island, NY; and also, Cross Anthony of Grand Island, NY and Colby Bryan Kalp of Grand Island, NY. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
