He was predeceased by: his parents, Freddy Adkins and Isolene Adkins; and his siblings, Shirley Sikora, Timothy Adkins, Greg Adkins and Donald McDaniel.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Adkins (Howard); his children, Stephanie Nalewak of Chambersburg, Brandon Adkins and G. Eric Adkins; his grandchildren, Devon and Emma Nalewak; his stepgrandsons, Jarek and Kohen Nalewak; and his siblings, Ida Barnhart (Larry), Fred and Dwight Adkins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
