She was predeceased by: her parents, Ezra Sylvester and Mary Bushman Bowman; and her husband Ronald A. Carbaugh. She is survived by: her son Joseph E. Carbaugh (Dana); her grandchildren, Skyler of Chambersburg and Reagan Carbaugh of Chambersburg; and her nieces, Tina Line (Ben) and Jody Beam.
Viewing was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home (333 Falling Spring Rd, Chambersburg, PA 17202). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Norland Cemetery (2295 Philadelphia Ave, Chambersburg, PA 17201).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Zion Reformed Church or to Children's Aid Society.
