He was predeceased by: his father Willie Cuyler. He is survived by: his son Seth Campbell (Willie) of Philadelphia; and his siblings, Edna Mae Cuyler (David Scott), Patricia Ann Cuyler (Cleveland Wright), Wilhelmina Diane Cuyler (James Gallant), Maria Francisca Cuyler and Leroy Cuyler Each.
