He was predeceased by: his parents, Henrietta Banks and William Williams; and his siblings, Anna Belle, Sylvia, Ben and Charles.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Watson, William Williams III, Stephanie Sandy and Troy Williams. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
