He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Noll, Sr. and Clara Noll (West); and his siblings, Harry Noll, Jr., Betty Rock, Kathleen Wolff, Elsie Cramer, Hazel Gsell and Mary Cook.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Noll (Knepper); his son William W. Noll, Jr. (Barb); his granddaughters, Amy Shively (Jim) and Lisa White (Jamie); and his great grandchildren, Madison and Payton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
