Hoover of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, born in Maddensville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 1, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Stains and Ruie Brown Stains; and her siblings, Cleona Roher, Zelda Shaw, Myrtle Snyder, Violet Lash, Mildred Mellott, Alma Mellott, Howard, Earl, Clarence and Carl Stains.
She is survived by: her husband Harold Hoover; her sons, Steven N. Hoover (Yasmin) of Oklahoma City, OK and Brian K. Hoover (Ericka) of Mechanicsburg; and her granddaughter Chloe Luft-Hoover of Mechanicsburg. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
