He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl W. Kipe and Daisy B. Kipe (Sprenkle); his former wife Nancy Kipe (DeShong); and his siblings, Dona Barnes, Samuel Kipe, Mary Kipe, Shirley Kipe, Anna Helfrick, Daisy Altland, Pearl Friese, Ben Kipe, Janet Wenger, Harry Kipe, Richard Kipe, Charlie Kipe and Elmer Kipe.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Tracy Kipe; his children, Vicki Stains of Chambersburg and Rick Kipe Sr. (Marcey) of Burnt Cabins; his stepchildren, Megan Neitzel (Bradley) of Shrewberry and Matthew Tracy of Chambersburg; and his brother Daniel Kipe (Leah) of Greenvillage. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and 3 step-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the First Pentecostal Church of Chambersburg (6112 Sheller Rd, Chambersburg, PA 17202). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
