He was predeceased by: his father Robert L. Wilmot; and his daughter Krista Marie Wilmot. He is survived by: his mother Annette Hotchkiss Wilmot; his wife Jean Wells Wilmot; his children, Joseph Wilmot of Chambersburg, Steven Wilmot of Waynesboro and Abigail Wilmot of Richmond, VA; his grandchildren, Wells, Savannah, Jace, Leo and Colton; and his siblings, Marie Sylvester, Dan Wilmot, Kathy Lowmaster, Sarah Malina, Jon, Tom, Jeremy and Matt Wilmot. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home & Cremation Center (333 Falling Spring Rd, Chambersburg, PA 17202). A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the King Street Church (162 E King St, Chambersburg, PA 17201).
