He was predeceased by: his mother Helen Sprow Hall; and his brother Michael Perry. He is survived by: his father Nelson Perry; his wife Bobbi K. Effland Perry; his sons, Jacob "Jake" Perry (Sariah Test) of Chambersburg, Jesse Perry (Julie) of Chambersburg and Justin Perry of Chambersburg; his grandchildren, Gillian Groff, Miles Perry, Naomi Perry and Holly Perry; and his stepsisters, Tina Hall-Eddy of Fayetteville, NC. and Denise Hall of Fayetteville, NC..
