She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Harry H. Witmer and Annie Lehman Witmer; her husband David H. Martin; her son Jeryl Martin; and her siblings, Paul, Harry Witmer, Miriam Petre, Katherine Witmer and Anna Witmer.

She is survived by: her children, Edwin D. Martin (Judith) of Chambersburg, David Henry Martin (Janet) of Shippensburg and Charlene Gingrich (Brian) of Chambersburg; and her daughter-in-law Glenda Martin of Chambersburg. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren.
