It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thelma Mae Johnson (Chambersburg, Pennsylvania), who passed away on September 12, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William W, Sr. and Della Stewart (Coldsmith); her husband Harold; and her siblings, William W. Stewart, Jr., Margaret Fahnestock (Stewart), Helen Decker (Stewart) and Pauline Stewart.
She is survived by: her nephew Rev. Adam Leeper. She is also survived by in-laws, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given in her memory to the Cumberland Valley Animal Shelter, Inc., 5051 Letterkenny Road West, Chambersburg, PA 17201-8706.
