He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold R. Frey and Dorothy Strock Frey; and his brother Larry R. Frey. He is survived by: his wife Karen L. Stehle Frey; his children, Joshua R. Frey (Randi) of Hagerstown, MD and Kayla R. Etter (Jordan) of Chambersburg; and his grandchildren, Avery, Jaxen Everitts and Myles Etter.
