Shirley A. Newlin Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley A. Newlin of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, born in Willow Hill, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 7, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Neil and Viola Neil; and her former husband Charles Carbaugh. She is survived by: her husband Robert Henry Newlin Jr.; her daughters, Tina, Decker, Roxanna and Seilhamer; her grandson Shane; her great grandchild Makenzie; and her siblings, Marlin "Butch" Neil, Phyllis Eckenrode, Wilma Umbrell, Gerald "Mark" Neil, Gregory Neil, Angela Briggs, Jeffrey Neil and Christina Ives. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
