He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond "Pinky" Gardner and Wanda Gardner (Hartman); his brother Douglas "Doug" Gardner; and his wife Vicki Gardner (Horn). He is survived by: his children, Aaron M. Gardner Sr. (Sandi) and Andrea M. Fuller-Myers (Heath); his stepdaughter Jody Noel (Greg); his grandchildren, Aaron "A. J." M. Gardner Jr., Brittany Lohman (Nick), Spencer Fuller, Morgan Gardner, Zach Noel, Josh Noel and Matt Noel; his great grandchildren, Gracelyn Lohman and Melanie Gardner; his sister-in-law Karen Gardner; his niece Heather Haney; his nephew Chris Gardner; and his former wife Iris Gardner (Bonner).
