She was predeceased by: her parents, Bertha S. Hoover and Charles R. Hoover; her husband Donald S. Metz; and her siblings, Grace H. White, Louisa Slaybaugh, Richard C. Hoover and Charles W. Hoover.
She is survived by: her children, Betsy Metz, David Metz (Carol) and James Metz (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Maranda Metz, Amanda Hoover and Nicholas Metz (Megan); her great grandchildren, Brenton, Jonas, Amethyst and Zoe; and her pet Tuck.
