He was predeceased by: his parents, Enos E. Horst and Janet L. Horst (Swope); and his brother Joseph Horst. He is survived by: his wife Gail "Tina" Horst (Zimmerman); his children, Rita Passmore (Milton) of Fort Valley, GA, Jackie Fleming (Rick) of Shippensburg and Troy Horst (Amanda) of Wolfe City, TX; his grandchildren, Ashley Plummer (Drew), Britney Blount, Wesley Fleming (KateLynne), Leah Forrester (Josh), Alissa Halteman (John), Madelyn Horst, Hannah Horst and Alicia Espinoza (Julian); his great grandchildren, Andrew, Anna, Ashlyn, Kimber, Paisely, Gracelynne and Jeremiah; and his siblings, Steve Horst (Ellen) of Waynesboro, Kaye Ricker (Duane) of Chambersburg and Clay Horst of Fridens, PA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
