Sites of Beaverdale, PA; his grandchildren, Jeffery Welsh, Jr., Desiree Welsh, Audriana Freeman, Amber Schaeffer and Randy Welsh; his great grandchildren, Marley Bolin, Lyra Bolin, Aeowyn Thomas, Hezekiah Schaeffer, Zyana Schaeffer, Zariah Schaeffer, Zayla Freeman and Roland Welsh; his great great grandchild Tyson Schaeffer; and his siblings, Bernice Koons of Quincy, PA, Betty Sites of Quincy, PA and Tim Welsh (Claudia "Sis" Tallent) of Quincy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
