He is survived by: his parent Royce Sebring (Pearl Sebring); his close friend Brenda Miller; his children, Kaci Sebring and Cody Sebring (Steffanie Hartlaub); his stepson Jason Miller (Jodi Campbell); his father Brother Roger Sebring of Tennessee; his sister Tammy Mummert of York; and his close friend Denny Carbaugh of Greencastle. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
