He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Proctor and Mabel McGlauflin Proctor. He is survived by: his wife Ruth L. Langshaw Proctor; his sons, Michael Proctor (Susan) of Vienna, VA and Lance Proctor (Ruth) of Poquoson, VA; his grandchildren, Matthew, Kenneth (Becca), Hunter and Caitlin Proctor; and his great grandchildren, Violet, Nathaniel and Natalee.
