Lockbaum of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, born in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 11, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his foster parents, Rev. John Franklin Grove and Almeda Landis Grove; his wife Barbara Frank Lockbaum; his daughter Tina Marie Hege; his sister Ruth West; and his foster brothers, Dwight, John and Ethan Grove.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Danielle Haines (Brian) of Chambersburg and Corey Hege of Chambersburg; his great grandchildren, Dallas, Luke and Michael Haines; and his sister Esther Johnsons of Chambersburg. He is also survived by his family especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
