He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Kitzmiller, Sr. and Isabelle Patterson Kitzmiller; his siblings, Irene Keller, Raymond Kitzmiller, Jr., Louise Ashburn and Betty Salmon; and his son-in-law Jim Ross.
He is survived by: his wife Frances M. Worthington Kitzmiller; and his children, Brenda Budd (Michael) of Harrisburg, David Kitzmiller (Anna) of Chesapeake Beach, MD, Mark Kitzmiller (Margaret) of Beavercreek, OH and Amy Ross of Chambersburg. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
