We are sad to announce that on May 3, 2023, at the age of 78, Robert Eugene Barnes of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, born in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Robert Eugene Barnes to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond William and Jennie Naomi Stoner Barnes; and his brother R. William "Bill" Barnes. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Kesselring Barnes; his children, April M. Eberly (Rodney) of Greencastle, PA and Alan R. Barnes (Katie) of Chambersburg, PA; his grandsons, Seth and Tate Eberly; and his sisters, Nancy Henry and Karen Barnes.
