He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl F. Foreman and Gladys L. Foreman (Paden); his son Jason Allen Foreman; and his stepdaughter Kimberly Sue Webber Shatzer. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Jean Foreman (Biesecker); his sons, Richard Bradley Foreman and Matthew Bryan Foreman (Melissa); his stepson Kevin Glenn Webber; his stepson-in-law Thomas Edward Shatzer; and his brother Michael F. Foreman (Trudy). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, step grandchildren and adopted grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
