She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilhelm Schonholz and Anna 'Freida' Schonholz (Hummel); her siblings, Erika Sommer-Schonholz, Evelte and Werner Schonholz; and her former husband Raymon Miller.
She is survived by: her husband Edward Herman of Chambersburg; her children, Karen Herman (Aaron Greene) of Chambersburg and Michael Miller of Virginia; her sister Brigitte Nix of Grundau Germany; and her granddaughters, Margot Greene of Chambersburg and Christine Miller of Maryland.
