It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis Dusman of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, born in Hanover, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 30, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, J. Samuel Huggens and Violet E. Huggens (Dickensheets); and her brother Dennis Huggens. She is survived by: her husband Ralph Dusman; her children, Todd Dusman (Catherine) of Chambersburg and Cheryl Andrews (Greg) of Carmichaels, PA; her grandchildren, Cody, Maura and Rachel; and her great grandchildren, Lucas, Nora, Owyn and Layla. She is also survived by her family and friends.
