He was predeceased by: his son Daniel Patrick; and his wife Margaret D. McLaughlin. He is survived by: his sons, Mark Philip Patterson (Ann) of Chambersburg, PA and Paul Vincent Patterson (Lynn) of Pittsburgh, PA.. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
